How to Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your creAIve Labs account and all associated data, send an email to:
hello@creaivelabs.comInclude your registered email address in the request. We will process your deletion within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account credentials and profile
- All business data (jobs, clients, appointments, invoices)
- Uploaded photos and documents
- Staff and crew records associated with your account
- All AI call history and transcripts
What May Be Retained
- Transaction records required by law (up to 7 years for tax/legal compliance)
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data with no personal identifiers
